new songs

I just finished up mastering a new song I recorded "Wiggleroom" and I have to say it is pretty enjoyable to listen to. I still have to show peanut and get his ok on it but I like it.

Also I finished up "Sunny Days too" (tentative title) and am ready to send it off to a special friend of ours to throw a verse on. This is the first time The Dedicated Servers have featured another artist on one of our songs so it should be pretty fun.

It will probably be a little while before anyone hears these songs but know that MCMD is still working away to bring you that dope shit.

My brother hit me up about this website lala.com where you can listen to music for free. I don't know if any of you have checked this out. you can listen to whole albums once for free and then after that you can only listen to the preview. Its pretty cool cause you can find out if you really want to purchase an album. Also it has this cool feature called mix it up where they take a bunch of related artists and plays one song from them to see if you like it. Anyways check it out and see what you think

Harry Potter HBP

Lubi and I went and saw Harry Potter and the Half blood prince on Saturday and I have to say I actually really liked it. I thought I would hate this movie cause it was rated PG but the movie was really good. The acting is probably the best part of the movie. I think everyone in this movie did an awsome job. If you got 2 hrs to kill go see this movie. Good stuff.

No Hit Her

So as some of you may know I am currently in San Francisco visiting my Brother. Sorry that I haven't been posting much but I have just been enjoying my vacation. Last night we went to the Giants game and got to see a no hitter. I'm not much of a baseball fan but it was pretty cool to see everyone get excited. Jared totally lost his shit over it. I guess it has been 33yrs sense the Giants have thrown a no hitter so it was cool to be a part of that. After that we went to a cool bar where J-rad traded in that excitment for some regret. All and all it was a fun night. Look forward to getting back home for the show on july 17th at the Neurolux.

Rubik's 360

The guy who invented the Rubik's Cube back in 1974 has come up with a new puzzle. Ernö Rubik Has created what he is calling Rubik's 360 which is some sort of sphere with another sphere inside it and 3 balls inside that. As a fan of the Rubiks Cube I am excited to see this in person. I had a friend teach me how to do the Rubik's cube but this one I will figure out on my own. It should be coming out sometime this year so look for it.

JULY 28
We see the release of the final season of possibly the greatest show ever made. If you have not seen it BattleStar Galactica is fucking amazing. Everyone who has seen it loves it. I know I was sceptical at first too but you got to see this show. I have made sure to avoid any information about this final season in hopes of not ruining it for myself. Come July 28 they will wrap it all up with a neat little bow hopefully.


AUGUST 18
Dexter S3 The first season blew me away but I was worried about the second. The Second melted my face off and now I am totally Hyped for the third. Hopefully season 3 will be blows me mind away (yeah I said it). This show is a must see. I have a man crush on Michael C. Hall.


SEPTEMBER 15
Always Sunny in Philadelphia S4. Unfortunately I have already seen this but I look forward to seeing it again. This show is fricken hilarious. Ask Peanut he loves this show soooooo much.

No LAN for you

So I held off on posting this which was announced a couple days ago cause I was hoping they would retract their message but looks like there will be no LAN for Starcraft 2. Fans have been pissed (including my roommate Ammo) and signing petitions online to boycott starcraft 2. I am sure I will still pick it up either way but here is Blizzard's official response to the Fan Outcry:

"We don't currently plan to support LAN play with StarCraft II, as we are building Battle.net to be the ideal destination for multiplayer gaming with StarCraft II and future Blizzard Entertainment games. While this was a difficult decision for us, we felt that moving away from LAN play and directing players to our upgraded Battle.net service was the best option to ensure a quality multiplayer experience with StarCraft II and safeguard against piracy.

Several Battle.net features like advanced communication options, achievements, stat-tracking, and more, require players to be connected to the service, so we're encouraging everyone to use Battle.net as much as possible to get the most out of StarCraft II. We're looking forward to sharing more details about Battle.net and online functionality for StarCraft II in the near future." said Bob Colayco at Blizzard PR
